A periwinkle shimmer inspired by the movement of water when taps break the surface.

HOW TO USE: 

1. Apply one coat of ORLY Bonder Rubberized basecoat to prepped nails.
2. Apply two coats of color allowing to dry slightly between coats.
3. Finish with your favorite ORLY topcoat and let dry.
