Hearth & Home Technologies - SLP-FS Fire Stop

Hearth & Home Technologies - SLP-FS Fire Stop

Overview

A good ventilation system is necessary for a properly functioning stove, but it can be dangerous without firestops. The SLP-FS Ceiling Firestop--4 inch Diameter is easy to purchase and simple to install, but it will provide a layer of safety for your vent system. The ceiling firestop will provide a buffer between your vent piping, which can reach extreme temperatures, and the combustible material of the ceiling as your vent pipe ascends through the floors of your house.
